Creative Birthday Parties – Fun, Memorable & Mess-Free!

Our art parties are designed to be hands-on, engaging, and totally unique. Choose from a wide range of creative activities such as painting, clay work, drawing, mixed media, or even a themed craft experience. We’ll work closely with you to plan the perfect party—from selecting the right project to matching the theme, colours, and pace of the day. We provide all materials, equipment, and professional guidance so you can relax and enjoy the celebration.
Parties can be hosted at our beautiful Caloundra studio or we can bring the creativity to your chosen venue. We handle the setup and clean-up, so you don’t have to worry about the mess—just the memories!
Whether it’s a small, intimate gathering or a large group celebration, our art parties are perfect for birthdays, hens parties, team-building events, or any occasion worth celebrating with a splash of colour and creativity.

Paint + Play Party
$40 per person
2 hours of party fun with a dedicated party-host/teacher – from our regular party themes.
Art activities to suit the ages and taste of the party guests – the materials used are mainly paper, cardboard, paint and recycled items which keeps the pricing down – and is fun for all! Depending on age of children we will have either ‘action-stations’ or a focused artwork.
Our 3 standard party games include: ‘Pin-the…’, musical statues, and treasure hunt + prizes included.
Canvas Party
$50 per person
2 hours of party fun with a dedicated party-host/teacher – focus is on painting a canvas art piece – in any theme/topic of your choice. Often we go ‘mixed-media’ adding on 3D elements as well as paint (collage, shells, sequins, air-drying clay, etc.
Our regular 3 x games and prizes also included in the party fun.
Deluxe Party
$80 per person
The deluxe party option allows you to customise your own party theme and use some of the art materials that are more expensive.. (eg. screen-printing, clay, timber shapes, essential oils, etc.)
Your 2 hrs of party entertainment will be guided by an art teacher.
Party bags with arty items will be included (add in your own lollies if desired).
Plus 3 x party games and prizes.
Extras
Pass the parcel – wrapped with $15 present inside, plus lolly treat for each layer – $40
- Memory Game / prize tray with additional arty/themed prizes to the value of: $20, $30 or any amount you decide…
Time – extra duration – $80 per hour.
Kindy Play-table/extra activities $20 per child – an additional arty/crafty table set-up for siblings who may also attend, but are not part of the ‘paid guest list’
Catering
BYO food and drinks.
- We will have cold bottles of water ready with re-usable cups, paper plates, serviettes and also a cake knife and matches ready too.
Venues
Party’s in our studio suit 6-12 guests. The studio has a toilet, small kitchen space and outdoor courtyard. Ideally we spill outside for party games and also food if desired.
We’re happy to bring the party to you—free of charge within 30 minutes of our Caloundra studio. Your venue just needs enough space for tables, some room for games, and to be safe and secure for kids.
We provide all art materials, trestle tables, drop sheets, and cleaning supplies. Just make sure there’s water access and a place to dry artworks. Outdoor parties are great—but weather, wind, and sun need to be considered.
We’ve run parties in parks, cafes, scout halls, and more—and always leave things clean and tidy!
Themes
Activities will include making a crafted animal, and some extra construction and painting to suit the animal theme. (animal can be any kind such as a bird, cat, dog, farm animals, pandas, penguins, unicorn, underwater creatures, etc)
Paint some of our fabulous timber dinosaurs, find dinosaur bones, and paint or draw some pre-historic scenes.
We’ve done Mickey Mouse / Minnie Mouse / Minecraft / Octonauts and Peppa Pig… we can invent crafts for your favourite popular character!
Use either collage materials OR clay to make pretty little fairies and related items. (eg. A painted/collaged fairy and a wand, or small clay fairies and a tree-stump house)
Choose an era/style that suits you. Drawing, and designing, and construction of any item e.g fancy hat, fan, jewellery accessory, fashion illustration or collage.
Let’s paint the town red! Painting and making our own wooden spoon fire-man and truck, and a cardboard city to put fires out in.
Drawing and painting flowers and plants, and making little bugs, butterflies, etc.
Make a sword and shield, or a fair-maiden’s hat. Design your own family crest and style of armour/costume.
Play with a mountain of Lego! – we will have fun Lego games and challenges to make, plus design your own Lego-Person.
*option to pay and purchase Lego creations built, or simply photograph your creations and pull apart at end.
Make wooden-spoon mermaids, an octopus or crab, and a painted and constructed rock-pool.
Make wooden-spoon pirates, a boat and treasure map.
Imagine and explore different types of robot or monsters and draw/design you own. Construct a 3D robot or monster using mixed materials. (monster/dragon could use clay!)
Draw and design your own superhero. Paint and make a mask and a cape!
Paint the galaxy with planets, shooting stars, black holes – and lots of glitter and sticky stars!! Make some astronauts and rockets or even crazy aliens.
For younger children a simple range of action-station activities may be best. Activities will include: Painting at easels, rolling-balls through paint, exploring printing, playdough and making a paper-plate/cup creature or wand.
